You are eligible for our Lowest Price Policy if your request meets the following conditions:

• Vendor must be a retailer of the item. No private individuals, closeouts or auctions please.
• Vendor must have the identical item in-stock at the time of the price match.
• Item must be a regular in-stock item. Lowest Price Policy does not apply to close-outs or discontinued merchandise.
• Item must ship directly from the vendor. Our Lowest Price Policy does not apply to dealers that rely on drop-shipping or third party fulfillment.
• We must be able to verify the quoted or advertised price independently in the form of a printed advertisement or a printed price quote.
• We must be able to verify all applicable charges including shipping fees and taxes.

We reserve the right to limit our lowest price policy if:

• Shipping fees exceeds ours.
• Lower price requires membership fees, coupons, product-bundling purchase, or rebates.
• Vendor is not an authorized dealer for the item.

Please note the following:

• Lowest Price Policy only applies to new orders.
