Manual Technique versus technique assisted by injection
devices
Mesotherapy can be administered manually or with the assistance
of injection devices. This again depends on the practitioner,
his or her training and level of comfort with the technique.
Manual injection offers the practitioner the advantage of
full control over the delivery of medication and practice
of mesotherapy with little or no investment in new equipment. Mesotherapy can also be practiced with use of injection
devices. Practitioners who use injection devices find that
these devices offer significant benefits in rendering treatments
less painful for patients, more comfortable for the practitioner,
as well as adding precision and consistency to injections.
